Identity systems tend to evolve inside natural boundaries…Identity exists within networks that enable transactions between the entities inside that network. These networks tend to evolve around user groups with similar needs and characteristics. These boundaries form what are called “natural identity networks”. Every natural identity network has different needs and therefore will require different system configurations.
